When I started my career, I thought that it was selfish to focus on career success. I looked at my work as a job that I had to do.
I downplayed my skills and expertise, because I honestly didn’t believe I had much to offer.
I had the amazing privilege of working for supervisors and bosses who valued me more than I valued myself. Because of that, I continued to grow professionally.
But it took me YEARS to recognize my ability to contribute to the organization and my clients. Led by fear and insecurity, I failed to exercise my natural leadership capability. I held myself back from what I could have achieved, because I didn’t see my potential.
When I started to grab a hold of my capacity to powerfully impact people’s lives, everything changed! My clients began to see even faster and bigger results. My enthusiasm for my work grew. My successes multiplied.

I’ve tried career coaching before, and it didn’t work. How can I be sure this will help?
I hear you! The unfortunate reality is that not every person offering career advice has the same depth of experience, and not everyone understands what it takes to get a leadership position in the current job market. I’ve worked with over 1000 clients, and I’ve never had a client say that they didn’t benefit from the process. In fact, many former clients send me a message a year or 2 later and tell me that they got another new job or promotion, due to what they learned in working with me! I also get a high percentage of repeat clients when people decide they’re ready for the next level in their career.
Do you offer a guarantee?
I don’t offer a guarantee, but that’s because I’ve seen my clients consistently get the results they’re looking for, both immediately, and in the future. Because there are so many pieces of a career transition that are outside my control, I can’t guarantee a specific outcome within a specific period of time. However, I can tell you that every client who has been committed to the process has seen the results they’re looking for. (Most of my clients are referrals from people who have worked with me in the past!)
What if I want a job in an industry I don’t have any experience in?
Then you’re in the right place! I specialize in helping people make a career change and leverage their expertise to land a job in a new industry.
How much time will I need to dedicate to the coaching process?
Great question! While there is not necessarily a specific time requirement outside of the 4 hours of coaching sessions, having 2-3 hours per week to dedicate to the process will get you quicker results. If you don’t have that much time, it may take you a few more weeks to get the results you’re looking for.
Do you offer a payment plan?
YES (and it’s interest free)! You can pay in full, or make 3 equal payments. Either way, your investment is the same: $1199.
What if I’m just starting out in my career?
That is awesome! I love working with young professionals and helping you understand what I wish I had known earlier in my career.
